Hello, I’m Yvonne E. Robinson, your Executive Career and Reinvention Coach, and the founder of Goal Inspired Career Coaching Inc.
My career journey has taken me across several countries and industries, from university lecturer at the University of Technology, Jamaica, to sales executive, government treasury accountant, general manager in Grand Cayman, IT analyst, and Senior Director of a major HR recruiting firm in Canada.
For more than two decades, I’ve been dedicated to helping professionals unlock their potential, designing strategies, leading high-performing teams, and coaching ambitious talent to rise in their careers. I’ve recruited and guided high-potential professionals for roles in Canada’s Federal and Provincial Governments, Crown Corporations, and leading private-sector organizations.
In 2020, I launched Goal Inspired Career Coaching to help high-achieving professionals stand out in their industries, communicate their value with confidence, and achieve career success on their own terms.
