Hello, I am Yvonne Robinson-Jackson, your Career Advancement Coach. My career journey has taken me to several countries in a variety of professional settings such as, university professor/lecturer at the University of Technology, Jamaica, sales executive in Jamaica, government treasury accountant and general manager in Grand Cayman Island, and information technology (IT) analyst and senior director of a major HR recruiting firm in Canada.
I have dedicated a great part of my working life to helping develop talented professionals, by designing strategies and learning content that educate, motivate and inspire high performing recruiting teams.
I have recruited and coached high potential independent professionals and permanent staff for positions in the Canadian Federal and Provincial Governments, Crown Corporations, and the private sector in Canada.

As a volunteer with many Ottawa-based international talent acquisition organizations such as World Skills Employment Centre and the International Talent Acquisition Center (In-TAC), I help IT professionals integrate into the Canadian working environment.
